Working under the 2024 heat dome meant getting up at 6 am and mowing around the Christmas trees early.
I started the day with full protection, but as the heat and worked kicked in I removed the mask. Even when we know what we should do, the work takes over and it’s so easy to be careless. It was so dry that I stirred up some allergens and ended up at urgent care for sinus issues. Lesson learned.
